Standard Hourly Rate

£50 inc VAT for the 1st hour (90% of call outs are resolved within the 1st hour)

£38 inc VAT for the 2nd hour and therafter.

No additional charges for evenings or weekends.

 

Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)

£60 inc VAT per property (inclusive of upto 4 appliances)

Service offer of £24 inc VAT per appliance if carried out on the same visit.

 

Appliance Service

£60 inc VAT for one appliance

£100 inc VAT for two appliances

£75 incl VAT for a Back boiler service

 

Central Heating Poweflushing

£300 incl VAT per property for upto 15 radiators. This includes Sentinel Cleanser and inhibitor.

 

Cooker Installation

£60 inc VAT.  Additional £20 if cooker fix kit is required ( Hose, Stability bracket, Backplate and bayonet)

 

Fire Installation

£90 inc VAT
